Open Question: Who wanna be my pal on GOOGLE+?

I am a sixteen-year-old senior high school student,and I live in Taiwan.Besides,I am male.I wanna add some people from America to my Google+(male and female are both ok.).I want to do so is not only because I feel a little bit dull to chat with and hang out with the same friends,but also I want to practice English.(In Taiwan there are few opportunities for people to communicate with others by using English,it's only a compulsory subject.)So the result is that though some Taiwanese high school students can score high on English but there English ability is even worse than an America elementary school student(When they are talking and listening,and only few students can speak English fluently.)
